Privacy Policy

This website is hosted by Create Internet Ltd. If you make an enquiry through our website, your enquiry will only be held on the website for 30 days - to allow us time to deal with your enquiry - unless you ask us to remove your details sooner.

The processing of personal data, such as your name, address, e-mail address, or telephone number shall always be in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

All communication will be with the intent of delivering the best possible experience and useful information.

We don't use your data to make automated decisions and we never pass on details to 3rd parties except where necessary, and where communicated or mutually agreed, to deliver a service to you.

Our GDPR processing of your data will fall under one or more of the following categories:

Contract: the processing is necessary for a contract you have with us for supply of goods and/or services, or because you have asked us to take specific steps before entering into a contract. This includes retaining details of your purchase for future legal or follow-up purposes.

Legal obligation: the processing is necessary for us to comply with the law e.g. maintaining financial records for HMRC purposes.

Consent: you have given your clear consent for us to process your personal data for a specific purpose e.g. by requesting information or entering into a dialogue to explore if we might work together in some capacity.

Legitimate interests: the processing is necessary for our legitimate interests or the legitimate interests of a third party, unless there is a good reason to protect your personal data which overrides those legitimate interests. In plain language, we might use your data occasionally to check-in with you personally to see how you're getting on with a project we’ve discussed, a service you've bought from us or to ask if you'd provide a reference or to let you know about any significant changes or updates to what we're doing.

We do not ask you for or hold any data that is considered 'sensitive data' under GDPR.

We hold information for as long as is necessary to meet the purposes for which we hold it. We'll remove your details any time you ask us to (and will tell you if we need to hold any details for legal / compliance purposes). We hold information in a number of formats, including email, CRM, accounts software for invoice purposes and in documents, as appropriate for the purpose. We have put in place measures to ensure your data is secure and only accessible to authorised users.

We hope that you will want to follow and communicate with us online but won't add you to mailing lists unless you ask us to and we will never bombard you with emails!

Of course, under GDPR you have the rights to 'User access requests'. If you want to know what personal information we hold and how we store or use it, please contact us and we'll share it with you under the terms of GDPR.

Cookies: the website may use cookies to help create an improved customer experience but we do not track or use cookies to personally identify you.

If you have any questions about these terms we will be happy to speak with you so please contact us.
