We’re proud to share that the Top Gun program, created in partnership with Recur and Cisco, has been shortlisted for the 2025 CRN Sales & Marketing Awards in the “Services to Channel Sales” category. 

This recognition marks a major milestone—not only for the program itself, but for what it represents: the power of ecosystem collaboration to elevate people, partnerships and performance. 

What Is Top Gun? 

Top Gun is more than a sales enablement program. It’s a high-impact experience that brings together Cisco managed services partners, their revenue leaders, sales and specialist teams, into a shared learning journey.  

Combining real-world deal coaching, proven sales methodologies and alignment on customer buying journeys, it equips participants to navigate complexity, lead strategic conversations, and build long-term mutual value for their companies and their customers.
