The team completes a 40 question survey that produces a dashboard of data insights, supported by an AI coach.
The team comes together to discuss the findings and agree next steps. Alate facilitates as many or as few of these sessions as you need to help create insight, action and accountability.
The team takes shared responsibility and accountability to implement the changes and development. Alate supports with individual and team development, as needed along the way.
The team repeats the cycle at regular intervals - repeating the survey every 3 - 4 months is generally optimal unless you're on a fast-track to change.
